The National Excellence in School Leadership Initiative (NESLI) provides research-backed leadership development PD for educators aspiring to advance into school or district leadership positions. Through the provision of global best practice in leadership development, NESLI targets the immediate need to equip North American teachers with the skills, knowledge and confidence to overcome the complex leadership challenges in todays school environment.
