The disciplines covered include: Les Mills BodyPump, BodyCombat & CXWorx, Spinning, LBT, Aerobics, Zumba, Kettlebells, Circuits, BoxFit, Older Adult's, SwimFit, BootCamp, Express Abs, Aqua etc. SPECIALIST PERSONAL TRAINERS We work with the NHS and local councils to provide Personal Trainers to the health care sector specialising in MENTAL HEALTH, OBESITY, CARDIC REHAB, HEALTH REFERRAL and OLDER ADULTS. Our services include one to one support, tailored personal training programs, home visits, outdoor pursuits, introduction/progression to leisure centre environment and regular reviews.
