Our focus is person-centered planning to achieve an individual's goals. Our highly trained Direct Support Professionals (DSP) guide, mentor, and train each individual, promoting growth, learning, and success. We identify each individual’s strengths and weaknesses and use their strengths to build on those areas that need improvement. We work towards reaching each individual’s maximum potential in all aspects of his or her life. Additionally, we provide daily transportation to and from an individual’s home.
