NJ Women's Wellness Center is located in Montvale NJ and was founded by Dr. Cindy Parnes, M.D. Director of Women's Health and Susan Albino, Director of Womens's Services. The Center was created as a local resource where women can receive help navigating mid life changes and menopause. Both medical and emotional needs are addressed. Informed Females, the educational department of NJ Women's Wellness, conducts seminars, support groups and one on one consultations which provide information, guidance and support to women as they navigate mid life changes and menopause. Informed Females empowers women to take control of their health and well being during this important time in their life.
