neuro orthopaedic institute (noi) is an active health resource network. noigroup’s focuses are pain management, neurodynamics, health performance and manual therapy – taking manual therapy to the brain. noi has international teaching faculties in australia, usa and canada, uk and europe, and india, with our key explain pain course translated into dutch, german, french, italian and spanish. noigroup self-publishes cutting-edge literature which both creates and supports our courses. david butler and lorimer moseley are our key authors, our widest read title being 'explain pain' which demonstrates in simple language how pain responses are produced by the brain. companions titles to explain pain are: explain pain supercharged, the explain pain handbook: protectometer and painful yarns. the sensitive nervous system and neurodynamic techniques videos and handbook are other neurodynamics titles, as well as other evidence based brain training tools: the noi mirror box and recognise apps designed for treatment of such problems as crps or phantom limb pain.
