Nordic Depositary Services provide cost efficient depositary services for alternative investment funds (AIF) with a real estate focus in the Nordic markets. We work only with what we know to ensure that the impact on the fund and its manager is kept at a minimum, leaving the manager to focus on creating value for the funds investors. ​ WHAT DO WE DO? - We check the funds cash flows on a daily basis - We verify ownership of assets and we maintain updated asset records of the AIF - We monitor that transactions are timely settled and that the investment policies etc. are complied with - We control subscriptions and redemptions and we verify the share/unit value of the AIF Nordic Depositary Services is: - approved as Depositary with the Financial Supervisory Authority in Denmark - registered as a Financial Institute with the Financial Supervisory Authority in Sweden - in the process of applying to become approved depositary with the Financial Supervisory Authority in Finland
