North Lyon County Fire is a full service, All-Hazards fire, ems, rescue department. The district was established in 1952 and in 2003 became a combination department as the community of Fernley, NV grew and developed greater demands for service. Today we operate out of 2 fire stations in Fernley and have approximately 25 volunteers serving the community and department. We provide Paramedic transport ambulances and run approximately 2500 calls annually.
