Nurse Practitioner Clinics Australia (NPCA) is an established primary health service based in Perth CBD. Perths booming population means international and interstate visitors routinely cannot find a General Practice when they need it. The 'Retail/Walk in' clinic provides the most unique experience in health care in Australia, being the only full time and privately owned and operated Nurse Led clinic in the country. We began promoting our fortnightly Womens Health Clinic in August 2011, which now provides convenient, cost effective and professional services mainly in the way of 'Routine Pap Testing' and STD screening and treatments. We now have three clinics operating full time and part time through the Perth metro and CBD. We have 2 full time Nurse Practitioners, One specific Sexual Health Nurse Practitioner and 6 casual Nurse Practitioners who work full time in areas such as ED but 'moonlight' occasionally for relief shifts at our clinics. We are currently developing a community service which will begin Child Immunisation, Early Child Health and post natal counselling and health services which will cross over with our Sexual Health and Womens care clinics too. Immunisation programs from March - May each year cater for 2500+ Flu vaccinations in the workplace, schools and council offices of Perth and surrounding suburbs.
