Founded by two life long friends with a passion for food and a wealth of experience within the industry. Our mission was simple, make great pizza without the stress of large commercial premises and huge overheads. It's easy for the pressures of a big operation to affect the quality of your end product, and we didn't want that. We opened our first location in Rugby, Feb 2020, before the industry got turned upside down. This gave us a great opportunity to prove the concept, the model and the operations. This worked fantastic, just one hiccup, the multisite management was distracting us from our core product, our model was never built that way. It was built to franchise with like minded individuals whom we could worked together with, so we flipped the model back to what it was designed to be. A franchise model, focusing on fresh quality stone baked pizza, delivered to the customer efficently.
