Oasis has created truly innovative products viz BookDoctorsTime.com (An appointment booking site for public and Doctors with must have features for Doctors), Naukri4Engineers (A placement cell for both freshers and experienced Engineers), Windows desktop software for Insurance Surveyors (To generate survey reports to be submitted in the offices of Insurance Companies) and maheshwaricommunity.org (A site dedicated to Marwari Samaj, It is also an online directory for Maheshwaris plus Maheshwari matrimonial). Ajay Kalantri, CEO & Founder of Oasis, was earlier with Network Ltd, Camp, Pune (Six months), Global Wireless Technologies Ltd, Sanaswadi, Pune(Six months), Tata Infotech Ltd(Now TCS), Bhosari, Pune(Four years), Infosys, Hinjewadi, Pune(Six years) and Tech Mahindra, Nagar Road, Pune(Two years). He is BE(E&TC) from BITS, PILANI. He has also done diploma in Advanced computing from CDAC-Pune Univ campus. He has an experience of 13 years - 1 year in E&TC and 12 years in IT. His last designation was Senior Project Manager. He quit his golden career of becoming a Manager with an MNC and started Oasis in 2009 with a dream of touching the lives of many with the help of Technology. As a part of his job Ajay does everything needed to make sure that Oasis Products remain upgraded and reach their target audience. He also enjoys doing business with all the involved stakeholders. He is also a consultant Oracle DBA and conducts Oracle SQL, PLSQL trainings at NIIT, Aundh, Pune and Oracle DBA Trainings at Radical Technologies, Aundh, Pune for experienced Software Professionals.
