For the last 50 years, OMHRA has been the premier professional association representing human resources, labour relations, and senior management professionals employed within the local public sector in Ontario. Our members are employed in municipalities, local boards and commissions; they provide timely human resources advice and assistance to their respective Councils, Boards, Management Teams and Commissions. OMHRA has over 350 members in almost 200 municipalities. As the rate of change continues to escalate, and our municipalities become increasingly challenged to meet their obligations, the next thirty years promise to be even more exciting!
