OneBody.ie

At Onebody we strive to get our clients out of pain and back to movement through active integrated therapies. Our ethos is about helping people to get back to optimal health, function and improved quality of life. We approach physical pain from the aspects of physical function, mental well-being and nutritional health. So whether you have a sports or occupational injury, suffer from on-going pain, experience flare-ups of old injuries or simply want to improve your physical health and well-being, then we want to help you. Through an integrative assessment of your personal situation, we will design a holistic programme to suit your personal needs and get you back to pain free activity. Our vision is to get people off the cycle of therapy as quickly and as affordably as possible.
