Onitio is a recently established IT group, which is the result of a merger between the InfoCare Group and the former Visma companies; Exso AS, Value Retail Consulting AS and EssCom AB. Onitio Group is owned by the Norwegian investment company, Aars. Onitio is now a leader in the Nordics within the company's various business areas which aims to continue growing together with its partners and customers. Onitio Solutions will deliver solutions within retail and adjacent sectors. Consultant services with cutting-edge expertise within retail and IT will be provided through Value Retail Consulting.
