With never more than 10 partners, Oppidum ensures that each Partner develops products & services in the focus area of his/her practice, always aligned with the scope & values of Oppidum, and always bridged with the support of at least one colleague. We require all Partners to be trainers & assessors as well: we believe that standing before a class or a college more than once a month “grounds” us and allows us to coach & learn from the next generation of leaders. To optimise this, we also work in the soft skills area, e.g. NLP & other Leadership models. As part of our CSR, we were established as the first ever Green Project Management Competency Centre in Europe. We continue to guide companies in sustainable Proj. Man. We also often offer non-billable time as authors & reviewers & assessors for international Best Practices and in various local & national charities. We insist that our Practice leads are publicly examined to the highest levels, accredited as Trainers, and active in that Best Practice’s future developments.
