Our family run studio is based in Hazel Grove Stockport. We offer yoga classes and holistic services inside and out of the studio. Our classes run all through the week and are friendly and approachable. Our ethos is that all minds and bodies can benefit from yoga, we will make sure you can take part. Our Corporate yoga can be held in the studio or based in your place of work. (We cover the North West and Cheshire) This can be a standard Hatha yoga class where we provide the mats, or we can do chair yoga for those workplaces with less space. We focus on clearing the mind, focusing concentration and increasing productivity through mindfulness and employee engagement. Personal and private session again can be held in or out of the studio. These are specicially for 1-4 people who want that more personal touch to the class. We discuss your goals and create a plan for your wellness be that physciall or mental. We also cater for yoga parties, a new service that is perfect for baby showers, bridal parties, birthdays or even just a friends get together. These can be held at the studio and include snacks and drinks, or at your venue choice.
