Our Mission: Orange County NORML (OC NORML) is a chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws founded in 2003. OC NORML holds free public monthly meetings, conducts local lobbying, assists students and journalists in research, and works to educates the public about pending legislation and responsible usage.
