Orient Irrigation Services was established in Dubai in 1977, with the view of using the limited local water resources to obtain maximum yields and results through modern and specialized technology. Orient Irrigation has designed and built many public and private gardens including recreation facilities around palaces, villas, hospitals, schools, hotels and private clubs. Various departments for landscaping, agriculture, water treatment, sales of specialized machinery and after sales services, offer a complete range of related activities. Our continuous development and experiments on different and con-temporary root-zone mixes coupled with computer-programmed and localized irrigation systems guarantee enormous savings in energy and water consumption. Orient Irrigation’s prime concern is the protection and improvement of the environment. Orient Irrigation co-operates with various international companies and Institutions in developing and implementing programmes that protect and improve the environment. To achieve this goal, Orient Irrigation examines every problem carefully and provides an appropriate solution to each individual case. Orient Irrigation is continuously experimenting with new and controversial products that reduce water consumption for grasses and plants whilst ensuring long term solutions without deteriorating the quality of the landscaping and/or crops. Orient Irrigation also offers consultancy services for the design and construction supervision of golf courses through its sister company “Harradine Golf”.
