Origo Capital is a Stockholm-based independent investment firm focused on listed Nordic small and medium sized companies. The company was founded in 2011 and is structured and staffed based on the company's investment idea. Added value will be created by focusing on small caps, invest long-term, active and with value creation in portfolio companies as a guiding star. The company's first fund, Quest 1, was launched on 1 February 2013, adressed to the institutions, foundations and qualified private investors with an investment horizon of at least 3-5 years. Origo Capital is a so-called AIFM and is supervised by the Swedish FSA since 2012. The investment team analyzes, invests and manages investments in accordance with the fund's overall strategy. The team, with backgrounds from, among others, Handelsbanken and SEB Enskilda New York has analyzed and managed Nordic equities since the late 80's. Business Support consists of a team of external specialists from various suppliers and provides support that includes back office services and risk control.
