Our group was founded in 1938 and began life as an international fashion textile importer before developing the iconic Oroton luxury brand, made famous by its metallic mesh handbags and accessories. In more recent years, in addition to its own brand Oroton, OrotonGroup has also been a leader in the distribution of international premium brands in Australia and New Zealand. Until June of 2013, OrotonGroup was the exclusive licensee for the Ralph Lauren apparel brand, a mutually successful relationship that lasted over 23 years. In 2013 the group took over the distribution of the Gap brand in Australia for 5 years, and also began a joint venture with Brooks Brothers, America's oldest clothing company, to launch the iconic brand here in Australia.
