Founded in 1999 OZLoans Finance has grown into a team of four and has two main departments, our Mortgage Broking & Finance Department plus our Mortgage Broker Mentor Program. While Alvin Lee the founder works as a mortgage broker, he sees himself as a finance broker, because finance represents opportunities. Whether that opportunity is commercial, residential, or just something personal, we can help. We specialise in home loans, investment loans, commercial and rural loans through a panel of over 35 leading banks and other lending institution, which means your choice is not limited to sticking with mainstream lenders. Our Mortgage Broker Mentor Program is the culmination of decades of experience working with the banks, aggregators and building up a flourishing business. There are many pitfalls within this industry and a high turnover of Mortgage Brokers that don’t last past their first 24 months in the industry. What’s the old saying, if it was easy, everyone would be doing it. But our mentor program sure can make it as easy as possible and help you navigate around may common pitfalls in this profession.
