Ozwide Group

Ozwide Group is a project management and energy solutions consultancy firm, with extensive experience working on high profile, large-scale projects. In 2012 Ozwide was the first business with electrical contracting experience to become accredited under the Victorian Energy Upgrade (VEU) program in commercial lighting. Since then, the Group has focused on expanding geographical and program reach while developing specialised intellectual property and systems to assure its continued leadership in the space. Ozwide’s safety and quality management systems that underpin its program delivery have been developed to meet the highest internationally recognised ISO standards. In 2015 Ozwide identified potential in incorporating a rebated lighting solution within a major lighting wholesaler. Ozwide approached SLS Group (SLS) and proposed the Group build capability internally to provide its customers with a subsidised pricing model. Over a four-month period, Ozwide successfully integrated its specialised offering into SLS under the Eco Rebate banner – making SLS the first of the major lighting wholesalers to take this approach to directly capitalise on the program. The Ozwide and SLS initiative has been a resounding success with record sales levels achieved and major roll-outs already completed in K-Mart, Coles, Chemist Warehouse, La Trobe University, and more.
