the pacific design academy was founded in 1991, to provide quality education in "design art". the pacific design academy is a private post-secondary college in victoria, bc. the pda is a designated college with the private training institutions branch of the bc ministry of advanced education(ptib). and also has the authority to grant diplomas for all full-time programs. pda is designated by ircc to host international students. full-time programs: graphic design interior design architectural building technology fashion design motion picture photography & imaging app & web developmet our students develop marketable skills while fostering individual ability in a comfortable, collaborative, and creative environment.
