WEG+ is a tool for flat-owner-communities to get involved in their property management. With WEG+ you can participate by entering or commenting on topics related to your property. Or you may choose to "just" stay aware of what is going on. With WEG+ you have all information about your property to hand, be it documents like contracts or tenders or the protocol of the latest owner meeting. We are flat-owners ourselves - we have developed our platform for flat-owners. WEG+ is a tool to get flat-owners involved in their property management. And the other side... the property manager? ... Property managers love our tool as it helps them to work more efficiently and thus they are able to work faster and more transparent - everybody is in the loop and therefore owner-communities are more satisfied with their property manager.
