Paper Plains Food Truck was born in January of 2017 to not only show the world the wonders of modernised Vietnamese dining (rice paper rolls particularly) but to exist as a 'vehicle for change'. Paper Plains food truck is the only food truck specialising in health-conscious Vietnamese rice paper rolls and are one of the first to be selling 'dessert' rice paper rolls. Our whole menu is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and plant-based. Paper Plains also exists as a social enterprise to back and support youths in the realm of innovation, creativity, design, start-up and entrepreneurship. We stand by the youth of today because we whole-heartedly believe that they are the success of our tomorrow. As 2 young people ourselves, we decided to take the leap and start a business purely to show other young people that they could do the same, with how much or little they may have. Paper Plains' goal is to grow to be the go-to hub for youths to expand their ideas, draw inspiration and gain direct experience/knowledge on how to start a business, through workshops, youth focused conferences and events that we host.
