Conceived and developed by two leading senior global talent executives, Parents on Leave™ is a unique Program, designed to support a seamless career connection for professionals taking parental leave. Some companies work hard at remaining connected and supportive of those on parental leave, and ‘parent groups’ are prolific in the community; but much of the support available for new parents relates to ‘adjusting to parenthood’ and ‘juggling parenthood and career’, rather than ongoing career engagement and management. Parents on Leave™ has identified a clear need for a program specifically focused on providing an intellectually stimulating, confidence-building ‘career bridge’ for those on parental leave; to help assure a confident, purposeful re-entry into the workplace when the time comes.
