Partners in Transformation was established with one goal in mind: to enable individuals to embrace and manage transformational change through tailored workshops and one-on-one psychotherapy. We are an educational consulting firm based out of Burlington, Ontario. We provide individual psychotherapy, career coaching, facilitated workshops and evidence based resources for individuals and businesses predominantly in Southern Ontario. Our keystone program is Pause for Students which is a workshop that was created to help bridge the gap between high school and post-secondary education. Pause provides students with a toolkit to: • Manage academic pressures such as workload, time management, and studying strategies • Conquer interpersonal challenges including making new friends, establishing academic relationships and developing romantic interests • Provide the confidence and self-assurance to become actively involved in campus life • Develop life skills to succeed at independent living • Navigate the educational system including resources and services available to students.
