Pathfinder Leadership Associates has delivered transformative experiences for corporate and academic clients since 2014. Our staff are proven leaders from Canadian, British and U.S. militaries and intelligence services as well as former and current business leaders and executive coaches. Our programs draw from military leadership training and special operations selection processes. Our team consists of former Chief and Deputy Chief Instructors from Joint Task Force 2 as well as a former Commandant of the Canadian Army’s School of Infantry. Many others have not only formally developed and taught leadership programs but also proven their leadership in the most extreme circumstances. Deeds not just words. We nest the team’s combined leadership experience within a business context to produce meaningful and relevant training. No amount of classroom training can replicate the benefits of being “in the arena”. Our programs are based on adult learning models that ensure engagement and knowledge retention. Pathfinder is proud to be the experiential leadership development provider for the Ivey School of Business and to be a vehicle for transitioning veterans into the private sector.
