I solve challenges related to attracting and recruiting employees of different generations. I promote authentic employer branding and responsible recruitment marketing. I advise, train, share good practices and inspirations in the area of employers' relations with future, current and past employees (candidate experience, employee experience, exit experience). I organize workshops, moderate the work of teams, and coordinate events. Projects and services, I deliver today include: š On-line training for managers in communication on LinkedIn (the so-called boss branding: Leaders on LinkedIn) š Power speeches for top management about the importance of social media communication š Moderation of employer branding workshops for HR and for interdisciplinary teams š Employer branding training for business (what it is, what it helps in, how to apply) š Training and events related to generational diversity and building an intergenerational agreement, positive and engaging culture for multigenerational teams š Lectures and speeches on HR, communication, candidates' experiences, employer branding, LinkedIn, generations (from Gen Z, Millennials to Baby Boomers). š Coordination of events, internal conferences, on-line conferences, designing engaging experiences for employees (corporate events). š Development activities in the area of HR, leadership, decision making, managerial awareness (carried out with business partners). I work in Polish and English. I share my knowledge on my blog, in social media and at chosen conferences, incl. I love Marketing, Linkedin Local, Infoshare, Sales Angels, Golden Marketing Conference. Previously, for 14 years, in the BIGRAM HR consulting company, I moved my way up from an apprentice to a board member. I have developed two international programs in Poland, combining young talents with employers (GMC Poland competition and the Enactus program).
