Peer Medical Foundation

We are a dynamic and mission-driven international not-for-profit organization committed to advancing health equity, diversity, inclusivity, and racial justice in medicine. We’re not just an organization; we’re a movement — a movement driven by compassion, fueled by knowledge, and dedicated to transforming the healthcare landscape. We support marginalized patient populations (e.g., Migrants, 2SLGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and more) and aim to improve the health experiences of vulnerable individuals in our communities. Our events, workshops, and resources for medical students, health providers, patients, and the public aim to increase awareness of the inequities in healthcare worldwide and ways to address them. At PMF, we make it our responsibility to create an equitable and safe space for all people by ensuring that our work supports and amplifies all races, ethnicities, religions, gender identities, sexual orientations, socio-economic statuses, abilities, and more.
