Our Story When Bernard Peltz and his wife Gonna moved to St. Petersburg they had a dream, “Wherever we move, in whatever town we move to, Peltz is going to mean shoes.” They saw his dream come true. Here at Peltz Shoes, we are committed to offering value, quality, and excellence in all that we do since 1957. Since it’s inception in 1957 until 2002 Peltz Shoes was a full-service shoe store. Today, we still provide that excellent service while offering a modern semi-self-service format. We have a wide selection of sizes and styles, knowledgeable sales staff and great prices. We take pride in our quality and the premium brands that we offer. Our goal is absolute customer satisfaction, as it has been since 1957.
