PCI serves a variety of clients, performing electrical studies and designs for commercial, correctional, educational, governmental (county, state, and federal), institutional, light industrial, and municipal facilities and campuses. Our services include site investigation of each facility, assessment of the existing state of the electrical and electronics systems, and recommendations for improvements in the existing conditions. Our designs have set the standard for facilities integrating the latest proven technologies while maintaining the safety, security, and welfare of our clients and their staff. Robert C. Pennell, P.E. is Principal-in-Charge and overall project manager of PCI. Our involvement on projects ranges from the traditional design/bid/build to design/build (D/B) and construction management at risk (CMAR) delivery systems.
