People 1st Donegal are delivering the new JobPath programme on behalf of Seetec, under contract from the Department of Social Protection (DSP). JobPath is an innovative 52 week programme which has been specifically designed to help people, experiencing unemployment, find and keep employment. Additionally, JobPath provides support for a further 52 weeks once employment has been gained. JobPath provides a personalised support package which changes depending on individual employment and skills needs. We have three offices in Donegal, based in Letterkenny, Buncrana and Dungloe. People 1st Ireland is the sister company of People1st NI which is a training organisation employing 52 staff and 40+ associates. Working with partner organisations, they provide vocational and corporate training and consultancy across Northern Ireland. They are a major contract holder for the Department for Employment and Learning (DEL), offering a range of occupational training and qualifications to over 2,500 learners per year through various initiatives. Through these and their extensive range of bespoke corporate training, People 1st NI meets the needs of a diverse range of customers, including 800+ private, public and third sector businesses, school leavers and jobseekers.
