People First Foundation is committed to social justice, sustainable development and human rights of people of special ability. The Campaign for Employment of specially abled reinforces the reality that people with disabilities want to work and that their talents and abilities positively impact businesses both financially and organizationally.  Our objectives are :- To promote the International Day of Persons with Disability (IDPwD) To create self and wage employment through skill development training for people of special abilities To launch nation wide campaign in both Govt. & Private Sectors to create employment opportunities for people of special abilities in the ration min. 3 out of 100 employee To promote and understanding of disability issues and mobilize support for the dignity, rights and well-being of persons with special abilities. To promote physical accessibility in public & private infrastructure and transportation systems To increase awareness of gains to be derived from the integration of persons with disabilities in every aspect of political, social, economic and cultural life.
