Using a combination of laws such as the Mental Capacity Act, the Human Rights Act, the Mental Health Act and the Care Act we can help ensure that rights are respected and protected. We also represent clients detained under the Mental Health Act throughout the North West, North Wales, Lancashire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We also cover Hertfordshire and Greater London and we're able to respond immediately to emergency issues for patients detained under the Mental Health Act. We believe in what we do.
