What we do and who we do it with: Phase 2 Consulting is a new name in a well served market for financial advice firms looking to sell, buy or improve their performance. We might be a new name but between the 3 founders we are proud to say we have over 100 years experience of working in financial services in a variety of settings. We deliberately want to be different, so with that in mind, have been very specific on what we do and who we work with, as we don’t want to be all things to all people. So what does that mean? - We will work for smaller financial advice businesses looking to grow through acquiring client banks. - We will work with smaller financial advice businesses who are at some point in the future looking to sell their business - We will work with financial advice businesses who want to get their business in better shape to improve their financial performance and enhance their value in advance of being sold.
