Physiotherapist Anna-Louise Bouvier started Physiocise in 1995 to help motivate, move and educate patients with bad backs. We now teach nearly 130 classes a week, to over 1400 clients at our two Sydney studios - at Willoughby and the Entertainment Quarter at Moore Park. Most of our patients don't just have bad backs. They have tricky necks, stiff shoulders, wobbly bottoms and clicky knees as well. With our highly skilled team of inspiring physiotherapists, led by Managing Director Melissa Partington, the program continues to deliver the best research validated information in a fantastically enjoyable and accessible way.
