Under the direction of Kelley Lee Gin, PPE opened its doors in 2003 to provide couples with professional guidance, support, and a fresh approach to event planning. Kelley's impeccable taste for style and keen eye for design have earned her high praise amongst service providers, clients, and her peers. Possessing a calm demeanor and cooperative nature, Kelley is able to adapt to any situation. When planning an event, Kelley approaches the process as a collaborative effort between herself and the couple, thus ensuring that the event reflects their personality and style. Prior to opening PPE, Kelley worked in the Entertainment Industry as a public relations coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Journalism from the California State University at Northridge. She is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants.
