The International Pilot Recruitment and Training Expo, stands as Europe's largest flight crew recruitment and training event, drawing over 5,000 visitors, hosting 100+ exhibitors, and featuring 50+ speakers. It serves as an excellent gathering where both experienced pilots, recent flight school graduates, and aspiring future aviators meet with major airlines, recruitment agencies, and training organizations. The upcoming Pilot Expo is scheduled to be held at the Messe Berlin Exhibition Grounds in Germany on February 23-24, 2024. Traditionally, Pilot Expo comprises four main components: an exhibition (trade show), conferences, the Airliners’ Party, and workshops. The two-day trade-show provides flight and cabin crew members with opportunities to explore new job prospects, while young aspiring aviators can discover numerous pilot training options, cadet programs, and financing possibilities. The conference, held on both days, is divided into two distinct divisions – "Aces" for licensed pilots and "Future Pilot" for next generation of pilots. Each division addresses the specific concerns of its target audience. Aviation professionals from over thirty countries will share their expertise, knowledge, and insights on the most current topics. The Airliners’ Party, taking place on Friday night between the two exhibition days, offers exhibitors and visitors an excellent opportunity to relax and reconnect with old friends in an informal setting, all while enjoying good music, snacks, and drinks. For many, it's a long-awaited chance to reunite with flight school friends and cockpit colleagues. A new addition starting in 2024 includes various workshops for both exhibitors and visitors.
