Pinca was instituted in 2013 with a vision to provide children with quality products which encourages them to discover their true self and realize their true potential. It all started when Payal Mirchandani, an Indian origin, Canadian national was expecting her first child and looking for a safe, non-toxic playmat, and finding none available in this region, Pinca Brands, our distribution arm, was born to distribute Dwinguler playmats across the GCC. Since then Pinca Brands has been on a steady growth curve, with numerous brands being added to the portfolio and now is a well established toy manufacturing and distributing company in the GCC. The company has distributed brands like Supergirl ® Barbie® WWE ®, Pokemon ®, Sonic the Hedgehog ®, Disney Princess ®, Despicable Me 3 ®, Batman®, Superman®, Tomy ®, Lamaze ® , Zimpli Kids® and Crayola® to name a few. Pinca also introduced the Supergirl ® make-up kit, in association with Warner Bros. ® which has been a sensation all over the GCC and hmade a special place in the hearts of our customers and consumers. Since then, Pinca has grown to become the market leader in distributing children's cosmetics in the GCC, distributing both exceptionally high quality and strong brands like Hot Focus & Townley as well as developing their own in house brands Shush! & Twinkle Twinkle. The company is run under the leadership of the Founder Payal Mirchandani and has an ambient workplace with new-school management culture. It believes that productivity is a product of freedom of thought and it has led to a fast paced work-force growth throughout UAE and GCC.
