Ca’ Foscari sees the role of knowledge and technology transfer as essential to the social, cultural and economic development of its surrounding territory and beyond. To foster application of research findings, Ca’ Foscari has established PInK - Promoting Innovation and Knowledge- the focal point of knowledge transfer activities which provides: ◾️ Promotion of an Industrial Property culture that fosters investments in research and development, supporting university researchers in filing patent applications and in managing industrial property in business relationships; ◾️ Promotion of applied research activities and scientific cooperation between researchers and businesses, institutions and national and international stakeholders; ◾️ Advice and training on the matter of researchers’ entrepreneurship, protection and exploitation of intellectual property.
