PIPES International (partnership for indigenous peoples) was founded in 2011 by Pastor Samuel Mwangi, a man convicted by the Lord to help the poorest people in Africa receive even the most basic human necessities but especially, the gospel message of Jesus. Committed to holistic transformation, in the spirit of the Great Commission, PIPES serves the Pygmy people of East and Central Africa, as well as other poor people in the slums of the world by providing medical aid, education, and sociological development and training. PIPES believes in equipping and empowering people in poverty to become self-sustaining and independent. As of 2019, PIPES has made an impact in 13 countries world-wide.
