Plan for Wellness provides health coaching to anyone who is struggling with their health and is motivated/ready to make lasting lifestyle change in order to improve their overall health and reduce their risk of chronic illness. Health coaching emphasizes the interconnectedness of all areas of life that impact health. In addition to the traditionally health-focused areas of nutrition, exercise and health screenings, we also take time for in-depth reflection on the role and importance of self-care, rest, stress-management, mindfulness, balance, boundary-setting and any area of life that impacts wellness. Services are available both locally in-person and remotely across the country.
