Our 300 people support the industry players of several fields (aeronautics, energy, defence, space, transportation,…) to insure the success of their major projects (Airbus A350, Arianespace launching site, helicopters, high speed trains and other rolling stocks, MegaJoule Laser, EPR nuclear reactor, submarines and warships,..). Most of our customers are industry leaders: Airbus, Airbus Helicopters, Alstom Transport, Orano, Framatome, CNES, Naval Group, EDF, GDF Suez… who share the goal of successfully completing ambitious projects that are complex in terms of technical content and of organisation. Our target is to help our customers to improve their project management, thus to increase their efficiency, through varied ways: consulting, operational support to projects (cost, time, risk, resources), assistance during the choice and roll-out of project management software, training & coaching.
