PMMS has an established track record of 30 years in property management. Founded in 1987, the company has a portfolio of more than 3,000 properties in London and southeast England under its care. Working on behalf of freehold owners as well as residents’ management companies (RMCs) made up largely of leaseholders, PMMS manages properties ranging from single converted houses to estates of up to 300 homes. Within that broad scope, PMMS offers the full range of property management services both to residents and to developers, taking responsibility for both the physical fabric of the property and all administrative tasks, as well as providing a full advisory service on all your property requirements. For the majority of its clients, PMMS will also perform the duties of Company Secretary for residents’ management companies.
