polarconsultores, a revolutionary company in independent software verification & validation (iv&v) services. with more than 15 years of experience within the information technologies sector, polarconsultores is a leading, pioneering company that offers consulting and system engineering services. established since 1991, polarconsultores is a revolutionary company offering independent verification & validation (iv&v) software services: system tests. we are focused on the aeronautical sector, mainly in complex & critical system engineering (systems where an operational failure may cause very significant loss, both economical and social, and whose development effort exceeds 75 man/year), such as air traffic management systems (atm systems). in order to perform our activities, polarconsultores counts on a team of more than 100 qualified and skilled professionals, 80% of whom university graduates in aeronautics an other technical careers. all of them have a solid, specific professional training and a weighty experience in our services offering. in 2007, we have achieved an annual turnover of 10 million euro, and we collaborate with leading companies such as indra, isdefe, aena, eurocontrol, profit, etc., participating in significant atm projects like sacta, vaforit and acc maastricht systems development, and in i+d framework programmes of the european community in space and aeronautic areas. futhermore, we collaborate with other leading companies from other sectors, such as the financial sector, in several non atm projects, making use of our knowhow and thanks to our corporate policy of diversification and expansion.
