The Port of Cromarty Firth is the statutory harbour authority for the Cromarty Firth, which spans 46 miles of coastline and includes 5 key marine facilities: 1. Invergordon Service Base – is owned and operated by PoCF, is a multipurpose facility built on more than 60 acres of developed land alongside 900m of quayside 2. Admiralty Pier – is owned and operated by Bannerman Group, this is a multipurpose pier able to handle vessels over 300m in length. 3. Saltburn Pier – is owned and operated by PoCF, it is a multipurpose pier which can host vessels of up to 300m but used primarily for bulk cargo 4. Highland Deephaven – is owned by Highland Deephaven Limited, and encompasses a purpose-built spool base specialising in advanced pipeline fabrication 5. Nigg Energy Park – owned and operated by Global Energy Group was re-established in 2011 primarily for the energy industry, it includes a dry dock and 1200m of quayside. The Port exists to improve, develop and safeguard the Cromarty Firth, for the benefit of all current and future stakeholders. We work everyday to sustainably enhance the community, manage the marine environment and provide a strong foundation for commerce and employment. A number of enterprises and service providers operate across the 5 marine facilities, offering expert services in IRM, Cruise, Cargo, Renewables, Subsea, and Anchorages. We have successfully operated as a Trust Port for over 40 years, reinvesting all profits back into the Port, the Cromarty Firth and the local community. Our vision is to create choice and opportunity for all.
