Positivity Centre was established to help organizations fuel what gets the best work done – relationships and well-being. Organizations that invest in the well-being of their people understand that tasks still need to be done, but connections drive those tasks. We need to learn to do both well, not just one or the other. When people experience higher levels of well-being, engagement goes up and presenteeism and absenteeism are largely prevented. A recent Gallup study found that when engagement is up, absenteeism goes down 41%. That means a better world, at work, and at home for all of us. Positivity Centre does not offer a one size fits all approach or a seven-step system that promises glorious results in 21 days. Everything we do is grounded in science.
