We provide full block management services for residential premises, and only act for residents owned management companies. We are experts in carrying out right to manage claims on behalf of leaseholders who wish to take control of their block. We provide all management services and responsibilities, including service charge invoicing, accounting, awarding of contracts for cleaning/gardening and major works project management. We take no commission on the contracts we place or buildings insurance we arrange. We have been involved in flat management for over ten years, starting the company in 2012 in response to our experiences of poor customer service and excessive service charges. we are determined that leasholders should receive better value from their service charge fund and better service from their block charges.
