Project Crucible is a three-day intensive residential program run by current and former decorated United States Marines, custom designed for teams to build character both on and off the "playing field." Our skilled team develops the leader within by pushing the individual to their Threshold of Greatness where they learn who they are and more important who they want to be. This non-profit was founded with a single goal, and that was to shake up the existing mindset that "a better athlete will make a better person." This thinking is far from the truth. The bedrock of our training philosophy is that "a better man or woman will make a better athlete".
