Promise is a resort-style housing development for young adults with special needs that is currently near completion on 39 acres off Norfolk Parkway in West Melbourne, behind the Hammock Landing Shopping Center. Promise will provide housing, vocational training and employment for young adults with special needs. We have an anticipated open date of August 2017. We have currently opened one of our 10 social enterprises - the Promise Treasures Thrift Shoppe, 3040 W. New Haven Ave., West Melbourne - and have several others in the works, including the Promise Cafe & Bakery within West Melbourne Community Park, next to the Space Coast Field of Dreams.
